PingCert is a strong authentication system based on digital certificates. Augmenting passwords with an additional form of authentication, such as digital certificates can dramatically increase the security. PingCert has following features.

• Adaptive strong authentication

For those users, who have not enabled the strong authentication, the system requires them to login with only application passwords. For those users, who have enabled the strong authentication, system requires them to log in with a two-factor authentication using passwords and digital certificates.
